We are proud to announce that a new version of RapidRecipes Migration Component is available.

We focused on a new feature that prepares RapidRecipes data to be migrated. As a result, the number of ingredients that must be manually merged is drastically reduced.

On top of that, we added a debug screen that helps you identify potential problems related to RapidRecipes table structure. Indeed, some of our users tried to migrate from a very old version of RapidRecipes, with missing columns.

Documentation has been updated accordingly.

After having sun bathed during two weeks, it was time for us to prepare a sun tanned version of YooRecipe. As usual we cooked it with love and did our best to take into account the numerous suggestions you made on forum.

Evolutions

•     Ignore search terms less than 3 characters
•     Added sort by relevance in search for multiple keywords search (hot!)
•     Added admin email field in component options for recipe and comments validation
•     Re-edited recipes now need to be re-validated according to component validation options.
•     Added alphabetical sort of ingredients in recipes
•     Facebook now appears in first position
•     Removed filtering comments by IP

Bug fixes

•   Fixed bug with mosaic of subcategories in landing page
•   Fixed pinterest sharing bug
•   automatic numbering could not be turned off anymore

This version is reputed STABLE!

• Added permission to manage own comments
• Added option to limit comments
• Added ip field in comments manager
• Added validation script in recipe backend edit form (prevents from losing ingredients if mandatory fields are missing)

• Recipe average note was not correctly updated if comments were not automatically published
• PHP strict warnings fixed
• YooRecipe CB plugin internal error fixed (Joomla 2.5)

I am pleased to announce that YooRecipe 3.3.2 is out!

Better looking forms and config screens, backend client-side form validation, on-the-fly picture resizing when uploading recipe pictures and a bug fixed when using more than one word tags.

Since the last released, we focused to component and modules redesign. As we gained more knowledge and developed a better understanding of Bootstrap API, we decided to lighten up the code to provide you cleaner & neater designs in Joomla3.
